"This company and its agent Andy Roethele use low introductory premiums to get you in the door, then dramatically increase your rates within a matter of months. In my case, I signed up in October 2025 and paid about $500 per month for full coverage on three vehicles, with a total down payment of about $1,141. Just four months later, my premium had jumped to $950 per month.

They also denied a medical treatment claim I filed, stating I did not meet a 24-hour reporting deadline while I was dealing with a medical emergency. Despite providing doctors’ notes and documentation, the claim was still refused. Meanwhile, I continued to receive frequent reminders to pay the $39.95 monthly medical insurance fee.

The explanation I received for the auto rate increase was that premiums had gone up due to the California wildfires, even though I had no connection to those events. On top of that, I had a no-fault claim that resulted in no meaningful consideration or relief.

To qualify for the promised discount, I was required to install driving beacons in all three of my vehicles. Even after doing so, I was repeatedly contacted because the company was not receiving driving data from every vehicle. It appears the system expects all three cars to be driven regularly by the same person, which is unrealistic and defeats the purpose of insuring multiple vehicles.

Between the steep premium increases, the confusing explanations, the denied claim, and the constant notifications about tracking devices, the entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I expected transparency and fair pricing, but instead felt misled by an attractive initial quote followed by significant rate increases and intrusive monitoring requirements. I would not recommend this company based on my experience."
